So Gigglepop is over. I guess it was a good time for me to end it, just getting a bit too stale, need something fresh.
It's true what they say; the earthquake has changed our lives forever. I know i'm different because of it. I can't just sit around singing these dumbsongs. I'm not afraid to be serious now, which in Gigglepop I was at first but now I think i'm brave enough to actually put effort into my lyrics and my songs.
Not too much mind you, i'm still punk rock bababay haha.
But yeah if you were sad about us leaving, don't worry shit'll get good again.
In the wonderful meantime i'll be writing songs and playing drums for Failed Vices and bass for Sleeping With Students (or whatever it becomes) because I love playing live still and the fact tat both are more background roles I can relax and just let my music flow naturally again.
I also hope to do a lot of reading.
